By this project we are trying into involve people interested in part time jobs having varied skills

related to manufacturing.

The business model is heavily manufacturing driven hence we need more people with relevant skills
to produce the customised goods.

These people collaborating with the portal need to pay a minimal subscription fees of Rs 100.

The manufacturing of a good has number of steps and at each step we need human resource so we
are actually creating a community where people can come together with there inputs and this may
also provide earning opportunity to the people

The online portal for this particular business operation would have a tab for opportunities which
would have drop down option showing different opportunities present. People certified or having
relevant experience can apply accordingly.

At far fetched or some rural areas of the country we would also open flagship stores where people
can come and learn the skills helpful in manufacturing in contemporary times and further be a part
of our business and develop employment for themselves also.

This portal would be best suited for students who are in college or people who are aged between 18-
30 because they can learn things fast and have an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset. The
survey also shows the same result. The people don’t have a perfect platform to learn skill relevant to
contemporary times and hence they loose upon employment opportunity. This can be counter
verified by industrialist of the country speaking the same.

The portal is an excellent platform where the customer can choose his own package for
manufacturing involving industries and regular customers. There are number of steps in a
