PROJECT MANAGEMENT
CONTROL
Sub contractors/ Labour shall be briefed b ECRB about the safety policy and site
rules at an initial safety meeting, Decisions on all other matters affecting health
and safety shall be taken so that the responsibilities of all parties are made clear
before the commencement of work. Such matters include, inter alia.
1. Appropriate precautions and work methods for identified hazards or

hazardous work.
2. Necessary plant and equipment and arrangements for its provision,
maintenance, use and inspection.
3. Work force safety.
4. Arrangements for some form of induction training for new-starters on site.
5. Arrangements for promulgating health and safety information e.g. on site
notice board.
Health and safety arrangements shall be reviewed at the first project meeting,
where the site management can set the tone for the conduct of work by
resolving, at an early state, any difficulties which may raise.
CO-ORDINATION
The ECRB representative shall be totally responsible for compliance with health
and safety codes, ECRB shall appoint a Safety Officer who will be sitting once a
week and shall report to the Site in charge. ECRB’s representative shall make
suitable arrangements to ensure the effective co-ordination of the work on site.
He shall ensure that he is kept informed on a day-to-day basis of the progress
and problems, which may arise. Clear lines of communication shall be
established between the Client and the Safety Officer and sub-contractors and/or
other contractors on site. Operatives will be made known whom to contact
regarding health and safety matters. Such effective co-ordination will be
enhanced by ensuring that “health and safety” figures show prominently on the
agenda of regular project meetings the Safety Officer shall provide a weekly
report to the Client.
MONITORING
Arrangements shall be made for health and safety monitoring on the Site on a
regular basis. This will include not only ensuring the safety of such items as
scaffolding, excavations and plant but also environmental matters such as
hazardous dust, fumes, noise, etc.
RECORDS
The ECRB shall ensure that all statutory notifications, examinations and
inspections are carried out and all records in relation thereto shall be maintained
on site by the Safety Officers.

Mr. ESAB KHAN (CHAIRMAN)

The founder of ECR BUILDERS and guardian. By whose blessing, We are able
to win in adverse condition. He is our real director inspiring us to be unique &
successful in constructions industries. Having experience of 30 Years in
construction, he is an idol for us.
Er. IMRAN KHAN (MANAGING DIRECTOR)
He has passed diploma in civil and B.Tech (Civil). Presently guiding us as MD.
During past seven years restless effort, he has made us able to be successful in
any adverse condition. Presently, he is looking after the marketing, co-ordination,
project management teams & company policy. He is 28 years age wise but have
taken the challenges tuff for experienced person.
Mr. SUBADEEN KHAN (DIRECTOR FINANCE)
The finance department is being handling by his guidance since past 17 years.
The educational qualification of his is B.Com. He makes policy for administration
& financial management. He has lead us to successful completion of Kirsh City.
(A mega project at Tapukara, Bhiwadi).
Mr. ALAM KHAN (DIRECTOR EXECUTION)
All projects are being executed under his guidance since 10 years. He is very
experienced person. The successful completion of our past projects like
Supreme Group (STPL & SNIPL), Dynamic Shells, Pearl Global, Springewel,
Revex & Uttam Strips are attributed to his hard work.

is being coordinated by him.
Mr. N.K. BANSAL (ASSISTANT GENERAL MAANGER)
He has experience in construction of 16 years and qualification of B.Tech with

expertization in project management, he is leading us toward successfully
completion of Krish City despite of many hardles in way on.
Mr. N.K. SINGH (PROJECT MANAGER)
He has joined us on June 2008 as project manager. He has experience of 16

years industrials project execution and B.tech degree. He has executed
successfully the projects likes Springwel, Victor Cable & New Adarsh etc.
Mr. WASIM AKRAM (PROJECT MANAGER)
He has joined us in 2005 as site engineer. He has seven year experience of site
management. He has diploma in Architect & B.Tech in civil. He has given effortful
constitution in execution of our major projects like Supreme Group, Pearl Global,
Dynamic Shells, Toyzone, Eskay Nonwoven, Orange & SPA Hotel, expertality in
execution & time punctuality are virtue.
Mr. SAMARJEET RATHI (MANAGER BILLING)
He has joined as on Sept. 2008 as billing Engineer. Having 15 years Experience

in billing is a master of bills. He has B-Tech qualification. Accurate calculation of
bills of Dynamic Shells, Uttam Strips, Kirsh Vatika has added a feather on our
crown.
Mr. SAKIL AHMAD (PROJECT MANAGER)
He has joined us on Sept. 2008 as project manager. He has B-Tech (Civil)

degree and 18 years rich experience of Industrial Project. He is expert in quantity
surveying & project costing. His sincere effort for timely completion of Krish Mall
& Pearl Global is really admirable.

He has joined us in Nov 2008 as billing engineer. He has experience of 12 years

of construction industrial buildings. He has worked for a Supreme Treves,
