Please be informed that the following guidelines should be observed strictly during the Notre Dame
Day Celebration on September 4-8, 2023.
1. ATTENDANCE & SCHEDULE - All Senior High School students are required to report on
September 4-8 2023. Attendance will be checked by the class advisers .
REPORTING TIME:
3. BEHAVIOR - During the celebration, students are expected to be REFINED IN THEIR MANNERS and
CONDUCT. Behavior will reflect upon the training a person receives from parents and formators.
CELEBRATION MUST NOT BE EQUATED WITH MISBEHAVIOR.
4. OFF LIMITS –
SHS- All rooms in the Senior High School Building will be considered off limits.
5. CHECKING OF ATTENDANCE - will be done at the designated area at 7:30 AM and 3:20 PM
September 4 -5- Respective classrooms ℅ class advisers
September 6-8 -below are the designated areas:

6. GADGETS :
ELECTRONIC GADGETS EXCEPT CELLULAR PHONES ARE DISCOURAGED TO BE BROUGHT IN SCHOOL.
The Office will not entertain any complaint arising from the LOSS of any of the things mentioned as
PROHIBITED to be brought to school.
7. SPECIAL FRIENDS – Students with SPECIAL FRIENDS should avoid isolating themselves from the group.
NO PDA is allowed. Violators of this rule will be dealt with accordingly.
8. GROUPS/GANGS/FRATERNITIES. All Damers are encouraged to enjoy the celebration with all the
other Damers and not as a member of a particular group or organization. Harmful influence of this
group or organization to other students will be dealt with accordingly.
N.B. All students therefore are enjoined to celebrate this occasion with fun, thrill and excitement
without violating any of the school’s rules and regulations. Everyone is expected to behave
properly as human beings during the week- long festivities. Let us make the celebration safe
and meaningful to everyone. After all, we are doing these activities to honor our lady, Notre
Dame and to nourish our faith.

This is to inform you that I and my child have read and understood the GUIDELINES for the NOTRE DAME DAY
CELEBRATION. My child has promised to abide by the rules and regulations set by the school for all students.
