    NOTICE - DISCIPLINE

    As per the notice reference no. Director/MPEC/Notice/2022-23/August-42, Dated- 01-08-2023,


    A case of misconduct was reported on 31st July 2023 at 9:00 pm wherein the 2nd year students of
    D. Pharma & B. Pharma have violated the code of conduct by fighting with each other and use of
    abusive language inside the mess.
    An enquiry committee was set up to investigate the matter.
    Decision of the committee:
    1. Committee suggested a penalty of Rs 2000 on Mr. Arun Kumar, D. Pharm, 2nd year along with
    an undertaking by parents.

    2. Committee suggested a penalty of Rs 1000 on Mr. Kiran Mondal, B. Pharm, 2nd year along with
    an undertaking by parents.
