Our company started its production in 1977 in Bucak Burdur under the name
of Portisan by producing formwork and scaffolding. In 2010 our company
marged with the Turkeys well known company Ado Group under the name of
Ado-Portisan and enlarged its product range.
Ado-Portisan has the characteristic of being the rst company that imple-

Bugn 64.000 m kapal, 136.000 m ak olmak zere toplam-
da 200.000 m alanda kurulu tesislerinde , TSE kalite ve ISO

pimlerle birletirilmesi sonucu oluturulur. Panolar birbirlerine birletiril-
dikten sonra arkalarndan 40x60 mm boyutlarnda iki adet kutu prol-
den oluan destek kuaklar ile desteklenirler. Bu desteklerden geiri-
len tijlerin somunlarla sabitlenmesi neticesinde sistem beton dkmne
hazr hale gelir. Sistemin aklne almak iin belirli aralklar ile rgl
asker adn verdiimiz elemanlar kullanlr.

Two types of modular form works are being produced, namely sheet-
iron surface formwork and Plywood surface formwork.
It is possible to carry panel by hand or by crane in gang-form as wish.
According to timber it provides economy at a rate of %60. By the us-
age of the pin,wedge and stick lock joining components it is simple to
assemble practical and convenient formwork panels. It is possible to
applicate all kinds of projects.
Standart dimensioned components are being produced for inner and
outer corner turnings. Also it is possible to produce adjustable corner
components in various angles.
Soldiers that provides supporting and anchoring between two panels
also takes role as conveyor for climbing of the molds. When using sol-
dier, the connection between corresponding molds made through the
holes existing on the soldier which prevents drilling of the panels.

Panel formworks with wedge and pin established by connection of the
panels with standart 20, 30, 40, 50 cm width and 100 cm height by us-
ing pins and wedges. After the connection, panels suported by support
waler which is made from 40x60 mm 2 box shaped tubes. System will
be ready for casting of the concrete after the xing the support walers
by the rods and nuts. Vertical adjustment made by the means of the
soldier with support.
Advantages of the panels with wedge and pin:
Lightness in weight makes possible to carry panels by hand.
It is possible to carry by creane in gang form.
Various width dimensions makes possible to applicate all kinds of
walls and shafts.

kuvvet aktarabilen Kuak Balant Klipsleri ile balanmas ve bu e-
kilde oluan karkasn 18 veya 21mm lik kalp kontrapla (Plywood)
ile kaplanmas ile oluur. Oluturulan paneller Kuak Birletirme Ele-
manlar ile birbirlerine kama ile balanr. Panellerin birletirilmesi kama
ile yapldndan kurulum ve skm aamasnda byk kolaylk salar.
Perde kalbnn her iki yzeyine gelen basnlar, kalp iine braklm
pvc borulardan geen saplamalar (Tie-rod) ile karlkl aktarlr ve ta-
tlr. Bu ankarajlama sistemi emniyetle 90 kN ekme yk tayabilir.
Kullanlan elemanlar ile geni yzeyli panolar yaplarak tek seferde ok
byk alanlar kaplanabilir. Sistemdeki panolar ar olduundan sadece
vin ile tanabilmetedirler. Panolarn montaj bir kere yapldktan sonra,
i bitimine kadar bozulmadan uygulanabilmektedirler. Bylelikle hem
iilikten, hem de zamandan tasarruf edilebildii gibi malzeme zaiyat
da minimuma iner. Sistemin tama kapasitesi yksek olduundan ok
yksek perde ve kolonlarn dklmesi mmkndr.
Kullanlan ara paralar (ller plate) yani adaptrler sayesinde her trl
projeye ve projenin farkl ksmlarndaki geometrilere rahatlkla adapte
edilebilir. Kalplar yek bir yzlerine konulan 2 kollu; birincisi aks payan-
das ve ikincisi ayar payandas olmak zere deyde akle getirilir.
Kalp statik hesaplar Alman DIN 18218 normuna gre yaplmaktadr.
Projedeki farkl beton ykseklikleri iin perde kalb H20-H20 birletirme

Column-Curtain formwork system takes place by solid webbed H20
timber beams tied to tensile resistant steel walers by the beam clamps
that can transmit force to the steel walers, and covering the framed
form by plywood.Formed panels are connected to eachother by Waler
Connectors with using wedges. Using wedges provides ease of erec-
tion and dismantling. Fresh concrete pressures that apply over both
sides of curtain formwork system are reciprocally transferred and sup-
ported through means of tierods placed within the molding. This an-
chorage system has tensile load-bearing capacity up to 90 KN.
Large areas can be covered by establisting large surfaced panels.
Heavy panels can be carried only by crane. After the assembling of the
panels, they can be used till the end of the job without any dismantling.
This specication of the system provides reduced labor, time and mini-
mizes wasted material. Since the load bearing capacity of the system is
very high, it is possible to cast high walls and columns.
By the means of the ller plates, system can be adapted to all kinds
of projects,shapes and sizes. Formworks are brought to plumb line in
vertical by two armed(axial and adjustable) push-pull props, placed on
one side. Static calculations are being made in compliance with the
German DIN 18218 norms. The height of the curtain formwork system
can be increased by the use of H20-H20 connecting component for
varying heights in a speedy and safe manner.

Circular Curtain Formwork
Dairesel Perde Kalb
Farkl aplara sahip erisel perde duvarlar iin kullanlan bir sis-
temdir. Genel olarak silolar ve artma tesislerindeki dairesel yap-
larda kullanlmaktadr. in banda oluturulan panolar, demonte
edilmeden sadece zerlerindeki ayar elemanlarnn kullanlmas ile
farkl aplardaki duvarlara gre ayarlanabilmektedirler. Sistem bu
zellii sayesinde zamandan ve iilikten tasarruf salamaktadr
ve ayrca daha sonraki projelerede kolaylkla uyum salamaktadr.
This system can be used for curvilinear curtain walls with different di-
ameter values. System usually being used for circular structures in silos
and treatment plants. Panels that established at the beginning of the
work can be adjusted for curtain walls with different diameter values
without distmantling of the panels by using adjustment components.
This feature of the system provides reduced labor and time. Also this
feature makes possible to applicate the system eosily to the further
projects.

l binalarn perde ve kolonlarnn da bakan ksmlarnda ve tek
seferde dklemeyecek kadar yksek olan perde ve kolonlarda
kullanlr.
Bylece kalp altna destek iin ok yksek iskele kurulmasna ge-
rek kalmaz. Ayrca hem rahat bir alma alan salar ve iilerin
gvenli bir ekilde almasna olanak salar; Hem de iilik sre-
lerini ksaltarak zamandan tasarruf salar.
Sistem ok az sayda malzemenin birleiminden meydana gelmek-
tedir.Farkl projelere uyum sorunu yaatmaz.Geni alma alanlar
yaratr.
Climbing systems are being used for column and wall formworks. It is
being used in conditions when there is no ground to put formworks on.
It is mostly being used in exterior sides of columns and walls of high
structures and high columns and walls that must be casted in several
phases.
Therefore there is no need to erect under mold shoring scaffold. Be-
sides it provides a safe and easy to work on area , reduced time and
labor.
System consists of very few components. It is easy to adept different
kinds of projects.

crete in rst pouring. After that climbing consoles xed on to the climb-
ing cone that xed to the conic anchorage by bolts.
Trmanma konsollarndan oluturulan platformun zerine perde
veya kolon kalb oturtularak kalp kurulumu tamamlanr.
Bu sistemde beton ierisinde kalan havu ankrajlarn ve beton y-
zeyindeki trmanma topuzlarnn bir sonraki dkm iin sklmesi
gerekmektedir.Skm ilemi vine asl olan trmanma konsolla-
rnn zerinden yaplabilir ancak daha gvenli ve kolay sklebil-
mesi iin alma asks kullanlmas nerilir.
Installation of the formwork completed by xing the column or wall
formwork on to the platform that established by climbing consoles.
Conic anchorages that left inside the concrete and climbing cones
must be removed for the next pouring. Removing process can be
done on the consoles which are hanged to the crane but for safer and
easier removing it is recommended to use working hanger.

bamsz olarak tanmaktadr.
Bu sisteme ilave olarak dikey kuak ,kuak kuak birletirme par-
as ve kuak konsol birletirme aparat ilaveleri ile sistemin ta-
mamn tek seferde tamak mmkndr.
Trmanma konsollar 2 tip olarak retilmektedir.
Trmanma konsolu 150 : beton yzeyinden payandann baland-
noktaya kadar 150 cm mesafesi olan konsollara denir.
Trmanma konsolu 200 : Beton yzeyinden payandann balant-
noktaya kadar 200 cm mesafesi olan konsola denir.
After the casting of the concrete and dismantling of column or wall
formwork, climbing platforms that established by climbing consoles
xed on to the climbing cones which are xed to the conic anchorages
by bolts upside.
Column or wall formworks are being carried seperately from climbing
consoles in this system.
With addition to the system (vertical waler,waler-waler connection
component and waler-console connection component ) the whole
system can be carried together.
Climbing consoles are being manufactured in 2 types.
Climbing console 150: Consoles which have a distance of 150 cm
between concrete surface and push-pull prop connection point.
Climbing console 200: Consoles which have a distance of 200 cm
between concrete surface and push-pull prop connection point.

ASANSR PLATFORM / ELEVATOR PLATFORM
It is a custom designed system according to project requirements for
safer working conditions and supporting of the wall formworks in shaft
platform beams, elevators and staircase shafts.
After putting the arms in to the spaces in the curtain wall which are
left during rst casting of concrete, system moves up in vertical axis.
System consists of 3 components.
1.Jointed hangers on both tips,
2.Main body consisting of double NPU steel.
3.Shaft platform slot.

Asansr platform ilk dkmde kalba monte edilen aft platform
yuvasna beton dkmnden sonra oturtulur.Platform oluturulduk-
tan sonra oluturulan platform zerinde allarak perde kalplar
kurulur.
Beton dkmnden sonra perde kalplar sklr ve asansr plat-
form vine balanarak yukarya doru ekilir.ekme ilemi platform
asklar bir sonraki yuvaya oturana kadar devam eder.Yuvaya ge-

Elevator platform xed to the shaft platform slot which is installed in
rst casting of the concrete. After assembling of the platform ,wall
formworks erected on the platform.
After the casting of the concrete, wall formworks stripped and eleva-
tor platform lift up by crane. Lifting process continues till the platform
hangers joins the platform slots. Since the hangers can not move
downwards, system is xed by joining of the slots.
It continues this way till the last casting of the concrete completed.

dir. Barajlar, istinat duvarlar, izolasyonlu perde duvarlar kullanm
alanlarna rnek olarak gsterilebilir. Tek Yzeyli Perde Kalb Des-
tekleme Sisteminde kalba gelen beton basnc, yk payandalar
vastas ile, perde duvarn zemin ksmnda daha nceden beton
ierisinde braklm olan kalc ankrajlara iletilmektedir. Perde du-
varn yksekliine gre kullanlacak olan tek yzeyli destek kalp
sistemi deikenlik gsterir.
Single Sided Wall Formwork Supporting System is being used in
conditions where the curtain wall formwork cant be used on two
side of the wall, the thickness of the wall is not allowing to use anc-
horage rod and usage of the anchorage rod is not suitable. Dams,
retaining walls, insulated curtain walls are the some examples of
the usage area. Concrete pressure load is being transfered to the
permanent anchorages by the support elements where the ancho-
rages are left inside the concrete before, at the bottom of the wall.
Type of the single sided wall formwork supporting system that will
be used shows difference according to the height of the wall.

Ease of erection and dismantling process provides faster circulation at
the construction site. System can be used for all types of slabs. Storing
and stacking is efortless. Can be used for up to 6 m heights.
As the components of the system have high load bearing capacity,
simple and speedy erection is possible with less components. System
props can be easily adjusted for various heights. System is very useful
in projects with typical heights.
System provides ease of circulation in all kinds of projects with less
components. It is cost-effective and long-lasting compared to conven-
tional formworks.
Tubes; external tube dia 60x2.5 mm, internal tube dia48x3 mm, made
of TSE certied standart tube. There is no usage of the waste tubes. All
tubes subjected to pressure test. Tubes have the same wall thickness
at all cross-sections.
Mechanism is made of dia60x4 mm tube which prevents stripping of
the nut.
Nut; CE certied nodular casted high quality product.
Base Plate; Made from 150x150x5 mm sheet-iron. It has a special form
to prevent the curling of the base plate from sides under heavy load.
Welding; Making the circular welding by the automatic welding robots
without touch of human hand prevents the workmanship faults.
Drilling; By the usage of the special drilling machine, drilling process is
being done without any deformation and no weak spot coming up dur-
ing drilling process.
All telescopic props subjected to mechanical testing in KOSGEB labo-
ratories and permissible load bearing capacity of the props certied as
25KN.

H-Type Load Bearing Scaffolding System
H type heavy load scaffolding system is a high capacity load bear-
ing system with H-Frame main load bearer. Main load bearer H-frames
are made from dia 60x3mm steel tubes and diagonal components are
made from dia 34x2mm tubes. H frames can be produced from dia
60x3.65 mm tubes upon request.
By the use of the diagonal components that produced for providing the
stability of H-frames, Load bearing scaffolding system can be assem-
bled at desired width value. Every single vertical prop of the H frames
has load bearing capacity upto 5.5 tons.
H type heavy load bearing system allows 2 different applications by the
use of few, standart and easy to assemble components.

TABLE TYPE APPLICATION
When used as Table type system, system consists of 2 parts (up-
per and lower). Upper part consists of plywood,secondary girder,main
girder and 4-way heading. Plywood is xed to secondary girders by
means of screws. Secondary girders xed to main girders by connec-
tion components. Upper part formed by xing the 4-way headings to
the main girder.
Lower part consists of H-frames,diagonals and lower adjustable jacks.
Lower adjustable jacks connected to the H-frames by jack hanger. By
connecting the diagonals to the ip-locks on the H-frames,lower part
formed. Table type scaffolding completed by the connection of the up-
per and lower parts with pins and detent pins.
When used as table type system, since the displacement of the table
is done by mold trolley or crane without any distmantling, assembly
time of the mold minimized.
MASA KALIP UYGULAMASI
Masa Kalp uygulamasnda sistem alt ve st 2 paradan oluur.
st para; plywood, tali tayc(zgara), ana tayc(mahya) ve
drt yollu balktan oluur. Plywood vidalar ile tali tayclara ba-

Alt parada H ereveler, diagoneller ve alt ayar milleri bulunur.
Alt ayar milleri erevelere kriko asks ile birletirilir. Diagoneller
ise ereveler zerinde bulunan kilitli pimlere geirilerek alt para
da tamamlanr. Alt ve st paralar pim ve kopilya vastas ile birbi-
rine balanarak Masa Tipi Sistem tamamlanm olur.
Masa Tipi Sistem kullanmnda, sistem sklmeden kalp arabas
yada vin yardm ile yer deitirildiinden kalp kurma zaman

Sadece eki kullanlarak seri bir ekilde montaj ve demontaj ya-
plr. Paralar zerinde olduu iin kaybolma riski yoktur. Emniyetli
ve hzl bir birleim salama imkan verir. Herhangi bir kama, so-
mun gibi elemanlara ihtiya olmadan yatay elemanlar ile dey ele-
manlarn birleimi kolaylkla salanmaktadr. Alt ve st ayar krikola-
r vastas ile ykseklik ayar kolaylna sahiptir. Sistem alt ve st

lunmaktadr. Yatay ve dey elemanlarn balants ile rijit bir sis-
tem oluturulduundan, burkulma emniyetli, yk tama kapasitesi
yksek ve emniyetli iskele kurulumu salanmaktadr. rnek ola-
rak 50 cm ncan aralkl bir dikme 4 tarafndan yatay elemanlarla
balandnda yaklak 6 ton eksenel yk tayabilmektedir. Fincan
aral 100 cm olan dikmede ise tama kapasitesi yaklak 5 ton
olmaktadr.

Cup-Lock scaffolding system can be used both as high load bearing
capacity, under mold shoring scaffold and as facade work-on scaffold.
It is a highly resistant and safeload bearing system used at applica-
tions like heavy slabs and high structures. It is very simple to erect and
dismantle.
Erection and dismantle are made by usage of a hammer in a serial
manner. Since all parts stays attached to system, there is no risk of
being lost. It provides a speedy and safe connection possibility. Con-
nections of horizontal and vertical components can be enabled easily
without need of any wedge or nut. By the help of the upper and lower
adjustable jacks, height adjustment can be done easily. System consist
of props with upper and lower cups and horizontal components with
forged head ends which prevents twisiting of props.
Cups are made from 5mm thick sheet-iron and welded to props. These
cups have nodular casted mobile caps over them which provides inter-
locking of horizontal components. Since a rigid system is assembled by
horizontal and vertical components connections, twisting resistance,
high load bearing capacity and safe scaffold erection provided. For ex-
ample, Prop with 50cm cup gaps that connected from 4 sides by hori-
zontal components has 60KN axial load bearing capacity. Props with
100cm cup gaps has 50KN axial load bearing capacity approximately.

Flanged scaffolding system can be used both as facade work-on scaf-
fold and as high load bearing capacity under-mold shoring scaffold
by having rigid joining points without need of too many joining com-
ponents.
Flanged load bearing scaffolding has load bearing capacity up to
60KN depending on horizontal connection gap. Props that constitute
the system are made from dia48x3mm TSE certied tubes with ange
gaps 50cm and 100cm. Since a rigid system is assembled by horizon-
tal and vertical components connections, twisting resistant and high
load bearing capacity scaffolding is achieved.
Flanl iskele sistemi hem cephe iskelesi hemde ok fazla ba-

PORTISOCKET Scaffolding System is a practical load bearing system.
It does not require accessories like pins,wedges and etc. Erection is
made by two types of components. Tower is raised 1 meter by plac-
ing two 50cm high H-Frames correlatively on 2 sides and placing two
more correlative 50cm high H-Frames on other 2 sides. Structure of
the system provides high durability and stability. Interlocking feature of
the sockets enables easy erection. No need of complicated component
calculations and time wasting preparations. System provides reduced
labor and work time. High towers can be assembled horizontally and
raised by crane. Rigidity of the system is provided by diagonal com-
ponents for crane lifting. System components are being produced in
accordance to DIN norms by GEV welding certied ,qualied staff with
automatic welding robots.
Each tower has 45 KN load bearing capacity approximately. Dia48x-
3mm industrial tubes are being used as standart in H-Type tower scaf-
foldings. 40x60x3mm shaped tube or dia48x3mm industrial tube is be-
ing used as intermediary part. Standart dimensions are 1000x500mm
and 1200x500mm. Towers assembled in dimensions 1.0x1.0m or
1.2x1.2m according to slab thickness. H-Type tower scaffoldings are
being used with starting and nishing parts. Dia38x500mm upper and
lower adjustable jacks are being used for ne adjustments.

tem leads a great number of timbers to being waste and to consider-

fold and as high load bearing capacity under-mold shoring scaffold
by having rigid joining points without need of too many joining com-

Flanged facade work-on scaffolds length can be arranged between
1-3 meters with a standart 70 cm horizontal depth. By adding cas-
tors to the lower adjustable jacks, it can be used as mobile work-on

It is a practical scaffolding system that can be used for all sorts of fa-
cade works like painting,plastering,coating and etc. It can be used as
mobile scaffolding by adding castors.It consists of 3 basic parts, namely
H-frame, diagonals and guard rail. H-frames made from dia 48x2.5mm
tubes, diagonals and guard rails made from dia 32x2mm tubes. Lower
adjustable jack, steel plank, ladder and wall leaning component with
clamp used as auxiliary components.

giydirme ilerinde kullanlabilen son derece haf ve pratik iskele
sistemlerinden biridir. H ereve kendinden merdivenli olduundan
ini ve klar olduka kolaydr. Genel olarak H ereve, diyagonal
ve yatay korkuluk olmak zere ana paradan oluur.
H ereveler 42x2 mm borudan, diyagonaller ise 27x2 mm bo-
rudan imal edilmektedir. Yardmc elemanlar ise H ereve birletir-
me eleman (Nipel), sac kalas, pim ve kopilyadr.
H ereve birletirme eleman (nipel) montaj kolay olmas asn-
dan zel baskl ve gvenli olmas asndan pim delikli olarak imal
edilir. Nipelin 34x2mm borudan iki tarafnda 13 pim delikli imal
edilmektedir. Bylece Nipel ile H ereve birbirine pim yardm ile
kilitlenmi olur. Bu sayede yksek yap uygulamalarnda maksi-
mum gvenlik salanm olur.
H Tipi Haf skele Sistemi modllerden oluur. Bir modul iki adet H
ereve, iki adet diyagonal, bir adet yatay balantdan ve balant
salamak iin de drt adet nipelden oluturmaktadr. Bir modul
yaklak olarak yatayda 2m, deyde 2m olmak zere toplam 4m2
alan kapatmaktadr.

H LIGHT Facade Scaffolding System is considerably light and practical
system that can be used for all sorts of facade works like plastering,
painting, coating and etc. As H-frames have integrated ladders, it is
easy to climb and go down. It consists of 3 basic parts, namely H-
Frame, diagonal component and guard rail.
H-frames made from dia42x2mm tubes and diagonals made from di-
a27x2mm tubes. Auxiliary components consists of H-Frames connec-
tion components, steel planks, pins and detent pins.
H-Frame connection components manufactured in custom pressed
form for ease of installation and manufactured with pin holes for safety.
H-Frame connection component made from dia34x2mm tube with di-
a13mm pin holes on 2 sides. H-frames and frame connection compo-
nents xed to eachother by use of pins. It provides maximum safety in
high structure applications.
H LIGHT Facade Scaffolding System consists of modules. One module
consists of 2 H-frames, 2 diagonals, 1 horizontal connection compo-
nent and 4 frame connection components. A module covers approxi-
mately 2m height and 2m length, 4m2 surface area in total.

iskelesi olarak kullanlan bir sistemdir.
Sadece eki kullanlarak seri bir ekilde montaj ve demontaj ya-
plr. Paralar zerinde olduu iin kaybolma riski yoktur. Emni-
yetli ve hzl bir birleim salama imkan verir. Herhangi bir kama,
somun gibi elemanlara ihtiya olmadan yatay elemanlar ile dey
elemanlarn birleimi kolaylkla salanmaktadr. Ayar krikolar vas-
tas ile ykseklik ayar kolaylna sahiptir. Sistem alt ve st ncanl
dikmelerden ve dikmelerin burkulmasn nleyen dveme balkl
yatay elemanlarn birbiri ile balantsndan olumaktadr.
Fincanlar 5 mm sacdan imal edilmektedir ve dikmelere kaynakla
balanmtr. Bu ncanlar zerinde sfero dkm olarak imal edilen

Cup-Lock scaffolding system can be used both as high load bearing
capacity, under mold shoring scaffold and as facade work-on scaffold.
Erection and dismantle are made by usage of a hammer in a serial
manner. Since all parts stays attached to system, there is no risk of
being lost. It provides a speedy and safe connection possibility. Con-
nections of horizontal and vertical components can be enabled easily
without need of any wedge or nut. By the help of the adjustable jacks,
height adjustment can be done easily. System consist of props with up-
per and lower cups and horizontal components with forged head ends
which prevents twisiting of props.
Cups are made from 5mm thick sheet-iron and welded to props. These
cups have nodular casted mobile caps over them which provides inter-
locking of horizontal components. Since a rigid system is assembled by
horizontal and vertical components connections, twisting resistance,
high load bearing capacity and safe scaffold erection provided.

Tnel kalp sistemi perde ve deme betonunun ayn anda dkl-
mesini salayan ve betona temas eden yzeylerin sac olarak imal
edildii bir elik kalp sistemidir. Tnel kalp sistemi kullanm ko-
ullarna bal olmak zere 500 defa beton dkm yaplabilen,

dkmnn yaplabildii bir sistemdir.
Tnel kalp sistemi monolitik yapya sahip olan; konut,
hastane,cezaevi ve yurt tipi binalarn retimlerinde kullanlmakta-
dr. Bu sistem sayesinde yapnn byklne bal olarak iki gn-

Tunnel formwork system, is a system of steel formworks which avails
simultaneous casting of concrete walls and slab of a building. The
formwork surfaces that face the concrete are sheet-iron and provides
a smooth surface concrete. Additional plasterind is not required. Tun-
nel formwork system is a system which provides; approximately 500
castings depending on utilisation conditions, cost efciency, maximized
labor safety by use of scaffolding systems and casting of concrete ev-
ery single day.
Tunnel formwork system is used in the production of buildings like
housing, jail houses, and student hostels which have monolitic struc-
ture. Depending on the size of the structure, tunnel formwork system
provides casting of a oor in 2 days or in a single day. The buildings
which produced by tunnel formwork system are cost efcient, resis-
tant to earthquake, have minimal level of production aws and have
reduced ne-structure labor costs. Tunnel formwork system is preferred
for military buildings aswell.
WHY TUNNEL FORMWORK SYSTEM
COST EFFICIENT
-It provides 500 castings with one set of formworks in a project.
-With the addition of new made formworks to old forms and by repairing
the old forms, compliance to similar projects could be provided with
low costs.

-Casting is available with the gaps required by the statical project. It is
easy to work between gaps 1,5 m. and 6,5 m.
-It is the safest system known with its resistance to earthquake. Its re-
sistance to eartjquake has been proven once again in the Marmara
earthquake in the August of 1999. It is the safest construction system
against strong winds and storms aswell.
-By the use of the complementary scaffolding systems completely at
the construction site, excellent results can be achieved in terms of
labor safety.
