Job Role:

Assistant Manager – Sales/ BD - Electronics, Electrical & Industrial Machinery Testing Laboratory

Position Summary
Sales & Marketing for Product Testing Lab services i.e Testing of EMI/ EMC /Electrical, Mechanical
Safety/ Environment Testing/ Medical Devices/ Lamp & Luminaires Testing/BIS Testing etc.

Education and Experience


 Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a well-known institute with Management Degree
preferable.
 3-5 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing of Testing Lab for Electronics and Electricals products
covering sectors like Consumable Electronics, Industrial Electronics & Electricals, Medical
devices etc.

Key Responsibilities:
 Sales & Marketing for Product Testing Lab services i.e Testing of EMI/ EMC/ Electrical,
Mechanical Safety/ Environment Testing/ Medical Devices/ Lamp & Luminaires Testing/BIS
Testing etc.
 Responsible to expand account base, capture and carve new market share, networking
prospective customers and rebuilding compromised business relationships, improving customer
satisfaction and reposition products and services to enhance value proposition thereby
accelerating demand and revenue growth.
 Selling testing & certification for BIS, TEC, CE, IEC, Machinery and inspections domain in India
across Industries.
 Keeping a close watch on the National & International regulations for the product categories
and update the internal teams accordingly
 Prepare sales tool kits for the changing strategies and update accordingly in collaboration with
Marketing team
 Conduct frequent Webinars, Participate in Trade Fairs and various other forums that can
increase the sales leads
 Implementation of new initiatives and proactive decision making.
 Key account management & relationship building with clients.
 Monitoring the outcome of the business activities so that the feasibility of a business plan can
be ascertained.
 Evaluating financial terms and conditions of clients & negotiation with them.
 Budgeting, marketing plan and revenue planning for whole year’s target.
 Present the design/ solution and value of proposed solution and prepare business case to
customers, prospects and management.
 Should be target oriented and great communication skills.
