Explain the use of the Eisenhower Matrix for prioritizing the tasks list

To prioritize your tasks based on importance and urgency, use the Eisenhower
Matrix, a time management tool. It is an easy way for choosing which tasks you
should prioritize first.
The matrix consists of four quadrants:

Quadrant 1: Important and Urgent

These are the things that need to be done right away. They are important
because they are urgent or will have a significant impact on your goals.
Quadrant 2: Vital but not urgent
These are the important tasks that don't have a due date right now. Delaying
them won't have a substantial negative effect, but they are essential because
they will allow you to achieve your goals.
Quadrant 3: Critical but not urgent
These are the tasks that are urgent but not absolutely necessary. Since they
have a deadline but little bearing on your goals, they are urgent.
Quadrant 4: Not Important or Urgent
These tasks are those that are neither critical nor urgent. They might be taken
away or given to someone else.
To use the Eisenhower Matrix, simply start by making a list of all of your tasks.
Then, using the four categories, group each task into a quadrant. Once you have
classified your chores, you can start to order them in priority.
Your first priority should be to complete the tasks in Quadrant 1. These are the
things that must be completed right now. Even though the chores in Quadrant 2
can be put off, they still need to be finished on time. It is best to eliminate or
reassign the jobs in Quadrant 3. Quadrant 4 duties may be eliminated or
disregarded.
The Eisenhower Matrix is a straightforward but efficient method of work
prioritisation. Pictographically it looks like:
