MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

This memorandum of Understanding made on 31st December 2019 between Invictus Media
(Riviera) and Ms. Anubha Sinha, regarding Youth Summit 2019 on 10th of February,2019.

CLAUSE 1: Deliverables from Invictus Media:

● Invictus Media will take care of all the travel expenses of Miss Anubha Sinha.
● Invictus Media will book a flight of 7th February from Raipur to Bangalore and then a
return flight on 11th February from Bangalore to Raipur.
● Invictus Media will pick Miss Anubha Sinha on 10th February from the address that
she will give on 9th of February and then will drop her to the same location after the
event is finished.
● No kind of fees will be given.

CLAUSE 2: Deliverables from Speakers/Sponsors:

• Ms. Anubha Sinha will reach Bangalore on 7th of February. From 7th of February to 9th
of February she will stay on her own cost.
• She will give a address on February 9th from where Invictus Media will pick her up on
10th February.
• Ms. Anubha Sinha will be speaking on real life problems that student will face in the
outside world in day to day basis.

Note: Constraints that need to be informed if applicable

We, therefore, agree upon,

● Duration of the agreement, reference numbers of transactions and the need for mutual consent
on any further amendments to the MoU.

Confidentiality:

● Any information, written, oral or in any other form, furnished here by one party to the other to be
considered confidential by the receiving party.

● Either party may disclose the general terms of this agreement (but not the details) for publicity, in
other cases to be approved by the other party.
