MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

This memorandum of Understanding made on 29th December 2019 between Invictus Media
(Riviera) and Mr Shashank Misra regarding Youth Summit 2019 on 10th of February,2019.

CLAUSE 1: Deliverables from Invictus Media:

● Invictus Media will give Mr. Shashank a momento as a token of respect.

● No kind of fees will be given.

CLAUSE 2: Deliverables from Speakers/Sponsors:

● As he is the alumni of VIT Vellore, Mr. Shashank Misra will manage his travel by his
own resource without any demands from our side.
● Mr. Shashank Misra will mostly give a motivational speech, though he will also
briefly discuss some technical things.
Note: Constraints that need to be informed if applicable

We, therefore, agree upon,

● Duration of the agreement, reference numbers of transactions and the need for mutual consent
on any further amendments to the MoU.

Confidentiality:

● Any information, written, oral or in any other form, furnished here by one party to the other to be
considered confidential by the receiving party.

● Either party may disclose the general terms of this agreement (but not the details) for publicity, in
other cases to be approved by the other party.
