We are looking for a driven Senior 3D Animator to assist in creating amazing
gameplay experiences. Together with the development team, you will bring our
recognizable characters to life. The perfect applicant is enthusiastic about video

WHAT WILL YOU DO (Duties/Responsibilities)

Work directly with the Lead Animator and team to produce visually stunning
animation that leads the industry and engaging gameplay that players will never
forget.
Give characters distinct characteristics that reflect the visual and gameplay
concept of the project.
Consistently strive to improve the animation quality.
Work together with the character and tech art teams during the entire character
design process.
From prototype to finished product, quickly work and modify with designers and
programmers.
Pay close attention to detail when generating, implementing, adjusting, and testing
animation assets in an engine.
Complicated sets of animation data and assets should be organized.
assist in creating and improving the animation procedure and tools
Work together across all departments to meet the goals of the project.

Profile/Qualification

strong familiarity with the basic principles/fundamentals of animation

having experience animating humanoids along with different creatures of life
knowledge of Unity's animation systems.
handling issues in an innovative way at all phases of development
Excellent communication abilities, a willingness to work as a team, and an
optimistic attitude
Ability of giving constructive criticism and follow instructions
Ability to maintain the high quality of in-game animation and steady growth without
regular supervision requires a strong work ethic and motivation from inside.

Desirable Pluses/Additional Advantages:

In addition to the necessary and required qualifications, having over seven years
of gaming industry experience and being an expert in Maya or a similar animation
software are major advantages for this role. A solid knowledge of modeling,
skinning, and rigging for games, as well as how these connect to animation, would
be helpful and beneficial.
Experience with development tools such as Perforce, JIRA, and Confluence would also
be valuable. These qualifications will enable the candidate to make even larger
contributions to the project while also ensuring that they can smoothly integrate
with existing workflows.
