SAYAS, GUIA ANGELINE P.

BSLM3A
Activity no. 1

1. As someone who enjoys coffee and shops with a relaxing atmosphere, my preferred employer is
Starbucks, which has one of their best branches in our hometown. Starbucks has always been committed
to providing customers with high-quality coffee. Coffee beans, baristas and other staff, the coffee
machine, condiments, food freezers, and other equipment are examples of their inputs. The outputs are
hot and warm coffee, as well as customer satisfaction and experience. The process that resulted in the
outputs includes the production of coffee as well as the warming of food. They have a variety of
premium teas, fine pastries, and other delectable treats to satisfy your taste buds. And the music in the
store has been chosen for its artistry and appeal. People frequently come to Starbucks to chat, meet up,
or even work. It's unquestionably a neighborhood gathering spot and part of the daily routine.
2. The four main processes are: Order fulfillment process, Supplier relationship process, Customer
relationship process, New Service/Product development process.
Each of the four processes is linked to the others. This can be understood as follows: First, firms
manufacture products using various manufacturing techniques. Firms fulfill orders received from suppliers
and sellers after manufacturing the goods. Firms obtain necessary feedback from suppliers after delivering
goods to sellers in order to maintain proper relationships. Firms take feedback from their potential
customers whether they like the firm's products or not after fulfilling all of the seller's requirements, so that
there is a healthy relationship between the customer and the firm.
