2. The employee is fully responsible and accountable for any loss or damage to the assets.

3. Any loss or damage to the asset will be recovered by the employee.

4. The employee should not attempt to install any unauthorized software, alter the system and
hardware configuration.

5. The employee should immediately get in touch with the IT support, in case of any issue with
the assets.

6. Warranty Policy of the network provider applies.

7. When leaving the organization, the employee has an option to surrender the equipment
issued to him/her or pay the depreciated amount and cancellation fee of the contract with
the service provider.

8. Upon completion of the Cell Phone contract with the network provider the employee can
keep his/her phone issued and will have an option to have a new contract for a new phone.
