Note for Regional Managers:

 Timings: Meeting timing should be efficiently followed from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
 Review of Plan of Action: RM should have a thorough grip on POA. Recap of product-wise
strategy, tactics, and disease segments to be discussed with the team to ensure their
understanding by Regional Manager.
 Detailing Practice: Product-wise detailing practice along with situation handling and rebuttal for
competition for all products in POA.
 Regional Sales Overview: To be presented by Regional Manager with highlights on territorial
performances.
 MIE wise sales analysis: MIE territory/brick wise sales analysis with emphasis on:
1) Gap /Deviation
2) KOL / Brick development
