The town halls serve as an avenue for citizens to interact with the government to get to know more about and provide feedback on public programs and services anchored on Outcome 1 (Participatory Governance Deepened) of Chapter 14 (Practice Good Governance and Improve Bureaucratic Efficiency) of the Philippine Development Plan 2023-2028 (PDP 2023-2028). With the theme Dagyaw 2023: Maunlad na Gitnang Luzon Tungo sa Progresibong Nasyon, this year's episode will be conducted on June 9, 2023 at SM City Telabastagan. The discussion shall involve the current regional economic situation and the recent increase in the prices of basic commodities in Central Luzon.
