ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF DEBT

AND PROMISSORY NOTE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, BLESSILYN MAE MERCADO PAET, married, of legal age, Filipino,

and a resident of Brgy. Poblacion West, Asingan, Pangasinan, witnesseth:

That I acknowledge that I am indebted in the total sum of NINE

HUNDRED SIXTEEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED PESOS (916,400.00) to
JULIE DELA CRUZ, of legal age, Filipino, and resident of Brgy. Domampot,
Asingan, Panagsinan. These loans have been accumulated for a period of time
since 2022 and the breakdown of which are in the possession of JULIE DELA
CRUZ;

That I promise and bind myself to pay the aforesaid DEBT WITHIN ONE
(1) MONTH from the date of this instrument/document to the said JULIE
DELA CRUZ, their heirs and assigns;

That should we fail to comply herewith, I bind myself to pay DAMAGES

to them and if this DEBT is brought to Court for collection because of my non-
payment, I further agree to pay litigation expenses;

That this instrument/document was read and translated to me in the

Ilocano dialect / Filipino language, known to me, and I fully understood its
contents.
