Why do we Study

Studying at its core is done because we want to learn. If we want to gain knowledge on something that
interests us. There is no underlying or hidden reason, it is simply because we wish to satisfy our
curiosity. This can manifest differently in other people. Some people want to know how the human body
can perform things, some people want to understand the stars above their heads. Some people want to
know how to cure diseases, some just want to know how to make delicious food.

The concept of institutions then come into play when talking of advancing to higher levels of
understanding. These institutions are sites or locations where a community of knowledgeable people
gather to impart their knowledge, and to further the understanding of a thing
