1. Identify what are considered soft skills and hard skills among the quality career
development activities.

- Soft skills are traits that make you a good worker. They're things like work ethic, organization,
communication, collaboration, and leadership. Hard skills are abilities you learn in school or on
the job. They're things like programming, marketing campaign management, and financial
forecasting.

2. Write a short paragraph that outline your plan during this semester.

I will make sure my academic plan works out for my this semester , because I am very
goal driven and I will not accept failure. Some of my strengths include being goal
focused, having the drive to keep myself on task, and being brutally honest with myself
by accepting and asking for help when I need too. Some areas that I need to work on
include time management because I am working full time, staying focused on
assignments that I see no interest in, and taking point during group projects so my
potential group can stay on task and accomplish assignment.

3. Why have you chosen this particular area of service? In what ways will your service
benefit your community and the university?

- The importance of community service is that students like me, are able to be of help and be an
active member of the community. In doing community service, I can acquire important skills
such as leadership, problem-solving and time management and I can also be more connected
with the community whilst doing tasks to improve our community, making it a better place, not
just for me, but for all the other people in the community

4. In what ways do you hope to grow from your community service experience this
semester? What new skills would like to develop?

- the ways that grow from my community service experience is One of the best ways to make
new friends and strengthen existing relationships is to commit to a shared activity together.
Community service is a great way to meet new people, especially if you are new to an area. and
the new skills I develop is Teamwork and interpersonal skills .
