Major Daikin Achievements
Founded as Osaka Kinzoku Kogyo-sho in 1924, Daikin began the manufacture of radiator tubes for cooling airplane engines
and was the first Japanese company to develop a fluorocarbon refrigerant and commercial air conditioners. Further business
expansion led Daikin to becoming a comprehensive AC manufacturer. Global development was accelerated from 2000 to
expand business scale.
