contributed to my growth as a sales professional and a strategic communicator.
Specifically, my experiences as a communications intern at the Department of
Education and as an online marketing and events intern at the University of
Johannesburg Library have provided me with valuable insights into crafting
persuasive messaging, coordinating events, and engaging with diverse audiences.

Furthermore, my brief tenure at a contact center sharpened my ability to connect

with individuals from various backgrounds, listen actively to their needs, and provide
solutions effectively—a skill that is indispensable in the sales arena. These
experiences have allowed me to develop strong interpersonal and customer service
skills that are crucial for success in sales.

Notably, I also had the privilege of working as a marketing intern for Cassper
Nyovest's Family Tree, where I contributed to the promotion of the "Fill Up FNB"
event. This experience instilled in me the importance of strategic marketing and
brand loyalty in the context of a high-profile event. I actively engaged with fans,
executed targeted marketing campaigns, and contributed to the overall success of
the event—an accomplishment that underscores my dedication to achieving sales
objectives.
