ID-BOND P
ID-BOND P is a water-soluble product designed to provide cutting encapsulation and shale stabilization. It is
formulated for easy mixing with improved dispersion. It acts as a viscosifier, friction reducer, and flocculent. It
also provide some fluid loss control. It can be used in mud system ranging from low solids to weighted muds,
using makeup waters from fresh water to sting brines.

Application

ID-BOND P additives provide cutting encapsulation and improved well bore stability. Typical concentrations of
ID-BOND P are 0.25to 1 lb/bbl. (0.71 to 2.85 kg/m3). It is also effective in salt muds, such as KCI or NaCl
enhanced fluids, although slightly higher concentration of ID-BOND P can be required. This product enhances
solids removed by flocculating the undesired solids and increasing viscosity. ID-BOND P is frequently used in
slimhole, continuous-coring applications.
ID-BOND P can be mixed directly into active mud system. It can also be premixed at higher concentration in
separate pit or chemical barrel.

Handle as an industrial chemical, wearing protective equipment and observing the precautions as described in
the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).

Packing and Storage

ID-BOND P is packaged in a 25 kg (55.1 lb), multi-wall paper sack.

Store at moderate temperatures in a well-ventilated and dry area.
