The name of our business is lemon no jutsu . The main objective of our business is to cool people down during
hot weather. This product has a goal to cool people down during hot weather and give a nutritious and
affordable snacks. We wanted to give them a cold drink that has benefits for their body and is good for their
health. This business aims to bring out the popularity of lemonade. lemonade is usually known to some
millennials nowadays so we want them to know that there is lemonade that is good for them and refreshing. Our
target market are the junior high school students. They are the majority group that we are targeting to purchase
our products. Our business is partnership. The total amount of financing required is P200 and it will come from
our savings. The one who will manage the business is the owner, Gianni Molato.

II. BUSINESS DESCRIPTION:lemonade is a refreshing beverage made with lemon, sugar, and water, before
serving. It is commonly drunk midday snack or after-meal dessert. One sip of this refreshing beverage will melt
your heart and will leave you wanting for more. Our business, which is selling lemonade with cucumber, will be
sold to the junior high students of SNHS. This is a kind of provincial beverage or dessert for Filipinos. Usually,
it is made of lemons. Our lemonade is made of lemoms with a twist which is cucumber. We mixed it with
cucumber to make it a trend for the millennials. The type of our business in manufacturing. Lemonade is a
home-made product. We do not use machines, instead, we used manpower to create lemonade. The challenges
that occur in our sector are those we see as competitors, like our classmates and the canteen. Other than that is
the process of making our customers buy the product we have. It is a big challenge to encourage them to buy
some. The big population of our school is also a challenge for us that when the customers liked our product,
demands will start to increase. We can only produce 50 pieces a day and higher demands of our product will be
a challenge for us to make our man power double just to reach the wants of our customers. The type of business
that we are going to operate is manufacturing Basically, foods are the needs of our customers and in this
situation or product will be saleable for our target customers which are the junior high students of SNHS. We
aim to provide students with our nutritious and affordable lemonade as an alternative healthy and nutritious
beverage. We chose this business opportunity because it is easy to make and would require small capital for
start-up business. The product lemonade is also nutritious and this is good for the customers’ health. In starting
up this business we don’t need to spend a big amount of money. We selected SNHS because we have more
access in this area. And we are only students, so it is our only choice. Our business operation will start before the
class hours of the students and up to their break time. It’ll run for almost 5 hours every day. The permit that we
need for selling our products to the students is the permit of the teachers and the supervisor of the school.

VISION :improve the happiness and comfort of our customers and community
MISSION:To provide quality, authentic food in the form of lemonade to our fellow students in Sum-ag
National High School in a convenient and affordable way in order to enhance the quality of our customer’s
lives.

SWOT ANALYSIS:
Strengths: Quality Product: Offering freshly squeezed, homemade lemonade made with real lemons, sugar and
water will set your business apart from competitors and give customers a satisfying and authentic experience.
Convenience:Providing snacks and other refreshments allows customers to grab everything they need in one
location, saving them time and making your stand a convenient choice for their needs.

Weaknesses:Seasonal business-The lemonade stand business can only operate during certain seasons or

hard to compete and reduce profits for the business.

Opportunities: Expansion: With a successful lemonade stand, there is an opportunity to expand the business by
offering additional refreshments and snacks.
Add-ons:Customers can choose to add fruits or other items to their lemonade, providing more options and
increasing revenue.

customers.

III. MARKETING and SALES STRATEGY:STRATEGY To inform our customers about our product, we will
use some flyers and the social media to let them know what kind of product we are selling. On the first day of
selling our product, we have a promo “Buy 1, Free 1 for the first five customers”. Encouraging other students to
buy our product in the way of informing them the benefits that they will get in buying and drinking lemonade.
Additionally, most of our new customers will be referrals from existing customers via word of mouth. lemonade
also plans to reach new and existing customers through social media and flyers. Our prices will be lower
compared to our direct competitors, and we will also provide larger portions while maintaining profitability.
Furthermore, we can keep our prices lower due to sourcing ingredients by fostering our existing relationships
with local farmers’ markets.

IV. MARKET ANALYSIS AND COMPETITION:Our target market are the junior high school students of
Sum-ag National High School. That ages 13 and above, both female and male. In Junior High School we have
three categories we have SPECSCI, BEC, And TECHVOC. Where they have an allowance of P50 and above.
All of these students are single. The product {lemonade} that we have is common to them so we see that it will
be saleable to them.
Commonly known products are good to sell mostly if they have an idea at it but we'll add a little twist. These
customers will be curious on how our product tastes. We will sell our products here at Sum-ag National High
School, Sum-ag Bacolod City specifically the junior high students.
The competitors we have are our school canteen, classmates that could possibly have a product that will be
more saleable than ours. The price of our product is affordable that only costs P12/slice. We see that our
product may be good for the students that has a low budget for their snacks in school. The weakness that we
have is that, our product has a short storage life and we can only make 50 pieces a day
