By virtue of Presidential Decree No. 1334, which was issued by then-President Ferdinand
Marcos on April 3, 1978, BF International Village was established. The third of Barangay Pulang
Lupa's three divisions, it was established largely to quicken the socioeconomic development
program.
Barangay San Isidro, Parañaque on the west; Gatchalian Village-Barangay Manuyo II to the
north; San Antonio V7-Barangay Pulang Lupa II to the east; and J. There are five authorized
exits and entrances to BF International Village, including the J on Aguilar Ave. and Barangay
Pamplona III to the south. Alabang-Zapote Road, Pamplona, Las Pias; Aguilar Avenue; CAA
Road. The Evacom-Canaynay Rd. is coming and leading to San Dionisio, La Huerta and
Baclaran Parañaque, Southland, Talon I and Concha Cruz, Almanza Uno.
The Barangay of BF International Village has become very urbanized. 97% of its streets,
walkways, and lanes are concreted with an effective drainage system, saving it from flooding
and muddy streets. There are 30 Barangay Volunteer Tanod Outposts, a Senior Citizen's Office,
a Person with Disability Office, a Reading Center, four Health Centers, four Covered Courts, two
Public Elementary Schools, two Public High Schools, one Police Community Precinct, four Solid
Waste Management Centers, one Multipurpose Hall, and one Barangay Hall Bldg. among the
facilities.
The bulk of citizens are from the second class, middle class, and small business owners since
urban growth has come from the nearby barangays and cities
Recent Number of Barangay Population
BF International's population as determined by the 2020 Census was 81,739.
According to Wikipedia, most residents are among second-class, middle-earners, and small-scale
entrepreneurs.
Baranggay BF International has a health center along CAA Road. The health center conducts the
following health related activities and/or programs:
• Bakuna
• COVID-19 Vaccination and Booster Shots
• Dengue Clean Up
• Cats and Dogs Free Anti-Rabies
Environmental and Ecological status of the Barangay
BF International is pro clean and green advocate as its community has designated street sweepers that
routinely maintains the cleanliness of the area. There are street sweepers assigned on the main roads of
baranggay meanwhile each village has their own. Regarding wastes disposal, every village have
designated days for waste collection. Garbage trucks would enter each village to get the garbage of the
homeowners. In our village, the schedule of waste collection is on every Tuesday and Friday.
Peace and Order of the Baranggay
A total of 2,386 crimes were reported in 2018, higher than1237 cases reported in 2017. Index
crimes in 2018 posted 326 cases while non -index crimes had a total of 2,060 doubled the
number of non-index crimes in 2017. Moreover, about 2,177crimes in 2018 were solved
resulting to 91.2 percent crime solution efficiency rate.
There were about 526 police in 2018, lower than 568 police recorded in 2017 at Parañaque City
Police Station. Out of 526, there were 449 policemen and about 77 policewomen counted

Actions taken of the Baranggay: The baranggay resorted to a tighter security reinforcement in
the baranggay. Any private vehicle is not allowed to enter the premises if they do not have the
corresponding sticker of the Baranggay unless a homeowner calls the security guard to let the
outsider in. Each village here are mandated to have patrolling guards during the night ensuring
the safety of the homeowners.
