Committed and enthusiast professional having worked for a year with key result areas pertaining to data
processing for KYC of bank accounts and develop Trust in clients about an organization they are associated
with.
Adequate experience required for a Professional as a officer in reasonably large Data processing / KYC
department of a financial institute.
Assisting clients, service provider and serving organization with managing data pertaining to clients.
Administrative skills like planning, documentation, Data management in MS Excel, evaluation of correctness of
data, keeping various administrative records, etc.
Implementing time saving and manpower rationalization technique e.g. utilizing various excel functions with
short keys.

Job Profile : Senior Associate at i‐Process Services (India) Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai. Working for KYC of account holders
and loan applicants, checking & cross examining the authenticity of documents
pertaining to KYC.
Working on CKYC Projects, receiving leads in the form of data from various product teams viz. ‐ Home loans,
Personal loan, Automobile loan, Education loan Consumer finance etc. Feeding
these data as an inputs and processing through different applications (called as
Robots) to get output from them. Checking Application form and rest details of
customer on successfully receipt of output report from Robots. Checking manually
the data of customer through internal application named – OmniDocs for the
customer whose reports not generated through Robots. Sharing these facts with
other concerned service providers / departments.
Preparing summary of percentage of successfully generated and failed reports
and sharing it to service providers / vendors (viz. – Wipro, Datamatics, Zentech
etc.) and discussing with vendors and getting rectified the reports.
Cross examining various details of customers like name, surname, mother’s
maiden name, gender, DoB, Address, contact details, state code, district code etc.
and taking precautions while sending this file further to Tech. Team as the Final
excel file. Taking actions on suggestions by Tech.Team, if any.
Making summary of – how much data processed, how many reports and images
generated, percentage of successful report generation, suggestions received by
Tech Team, rectifying and implementing suggestions etc on daily / monthly basis
and updating this file on year to date basis.
Making summary of Daily data received and processed by vendors.
Data processing with help of VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot table and other excel
formulae using short keys. Converting .pdf document in to word and excel
document. As such working on Data Maintenance and Data Management for
further reference and utilization.
