WELCOME TO THE
MUNICIPALITY OF PANAY
Panay, officially the Municipality of Panay, is a 3rd class
municipality in the province of Capiz, Philippines. According
to the 2020 census, it has a population of 48,890 people.
Pronounced as Pan-ay, it used to be the provincial capital
of Capiz. Panay is 8 kilometres east from Roxas City. It
is the site of the famous coral-stone Santa Monica Church,
home to the largest Catholic Church bell in Asia.
The town takes pride as the first capital of the province
of Capiz, during the early Spanish regime. It also well-
known for its 16th century church, the Sta. Monica Parish.
It has a 5-storey belfry which houses a gigantic bell that
is considered as the “Biggest Catholic Church Bell in
Asia”.

James re entered college in the spring of
2010 semester at a carefully chosen

entry to his current school as a stepping
stone by using a comprehensive approach

problems ,date driven planning on going
support, and a mindset of advoacary ,I was
