MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF

SOCIETY OF THE ENGLISH PARAGONS
HELD THROUGH GOOGLE MEET ON AUGUST 20, 2022

FIRST GENERAL MEETING

II. CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called by Mr.Hernaiz, Chairperson at 4:00 PM. It officially

started at 4:10 PM.

III. AGENDAS

Re-Arrangement Of Officers
Mr.Hernaiz made it clear that the arrangement of Officers will solely be dependent on
the laws of the Department of Teacher Education and School administration. He also

notified how the committee appointed officers based on the requirements as per the
dean of the department, Mrs. Lilia Antonio suggested.

Bulletin Board
Mr.Hernaiz and Ms.Valentin briefed the officers with regards to the rules of school
administration on the formulation of the Bulletin board from August 22 to 31.
Consequently, they propose the initial plan following the theme grounded on the
literary fiction, "Little Prince" which the officers agreed to use.

Organizational Shirt
The officers suggested having an official organizational shirt which they approved
unanimously. Ms.Valentin reminded the officers specifically the treasurer, auditor, and
business manager to provide a liquidation in any financial matters.

Google Survey Form Dissemination

Mr.Hernaiz informed the officers to answer the google form as it will be disseminated
via messenger.

Organization's Facebook Page

Mr.Hernaiz allocated the officers in boosting the Facebook page of the organization
through sharing and posting content including projects, activities, meetings, and other
relevant matters.

IV. ANNOUNCEMENTS

Preferred Date For Bulletin Board

Mr. Hernaiz created a poll and asked the officers to vote for their preferred dates to do
the bulletin board as per mentioned only six officers are allowed to enter the
university following the school regulations.

V. ADJOURNMENT
Mr. Hernaiz moved for the adjournment of the meeting at 5:30 pm. It was seconded
by Eugenia Jane Valentin and was unanimously approved.
