ID-MUL HT

ID-MUL HT emulsifier is a highly concentrated primary emulsifier amide derivative stabilizer for systems. ID-
MUL HT additives is effective over a wide range of oil/water ratios and densities to furnish a high level of

emulsion stability, and can be used up to temperature of 390 F (200 C). ID-MUL HT emulsifier will provide
secondary wetting.

Application

ID-MUL HT as primary emulsifier will create a strong brine-in-oil emulsion. It should be used in the range of 4

to 8 lb/bbl (11.4 to 22.8 kg.m ) for initial formulations.

It is especially applicable for high-temperature situations. As a stabilizing agent, suggested treating level are

0.5 to 4 lb/bbl (1.4 to 11.4 kg/m ) are normally sufficient.

Higher ID-MUL HT additive concentration are recommended for increased temperature ranges.

Toxicity and Handling

Handle as an industrial chemical, wearing protective equipment and observing the precautions as described in
the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).

Packing and Storage

ID-MUL HT is packaged in 55 gal (208 Ltr) drums.

Store in a well-ventilated, dry location away from sources of heat, ignition or sunlight.
