Description of Notification:

It is found during routine surveillance of HUTA fabrication yard that assembling of steel cage(1200mm DIA) for
PTP-07 is in process but numbers of MAIN bars(25mm) is not as per approved IFC drawing(RA-622283), at site
found 20 nos bars every part of steel cage but actual as per drawing need 24 nos bars.
This is proactively informed to HUTA to follow the IFC drawing.

This is to prevent violation from company.
