CareerCarve works in the space of mentoring and training B-School students. We have worked with top B-Schools in India. It is our

The Digital Drive:

In the last 2 years, we turned the COVID situation into a digital opportunity by successfully morphing into an online-only placement
preparation company. Our new AVATAR has been greatly appreciated by students, placement committees, college administration
and mentors. The quality of training, rigour involved, variety of mentors and uniqueness of training modules have all improved
dramatically with this digital push.

Technology Uprising:
CareerCarve has always strived to excel with a single clear focus - B-School Campus Placements Preparation. So while we feel we
have covered a long distance in the last 11 years, our digital journey has just begun.

A lot of work that we do now, we believe, can be done by technology with a very high success rate. We have been able to break
down what is largely a human solution to placement preparation into much smaller, finer pieces which enable a Machine Led
solution. This has ushered all the new age, cutting edge technologies in CareerCarve – Machine Learning, Text Analytics, Natural
Language Processing, Technology Products etc. The products we are looking at are Intelligent Resume Builder, Personal Interview
Assistant, VR Classrooms & Podcasts.

Projects at CareerCarve:
You will be working full-time during the internship from our Bangalore office. The internship areas are going to be
1. General Management
2. Tech Product Management
3. Analytics, Data, AI/ML
4. Sales & Marketing

MANDATORY LIVE PROJECT

Once selected as Summer Intern, you are MANDATORILY expected to work with the company as a live project intern starting
IMMEDIATELY until you join us as a full-time Summer Intern. You are expected to spend a minimum of 10 hours per week on the
project assigned by the company. Your performance, diligence and involvement during the live project phase will have a strong
bearing on your summer internship. So every candidate is expected to take up Live Project very seriously

Who is an ideal intern at CareerCarve

• We are looking for problem solvers. Not all solutions are perfect, but we are looking for someone who knows how to find
some solutions and get the ball rolling. We are ok with mistakes – never be afraid to try something new!
• Energy is key! This means you are someone who doesn’t like sitting idle and you keep doing/trying new things at your
college, locality, apartment, society community, etc. We prefer people with multiple extracurricular activities and
positions of responsibilities in the last 2-3 years.

 • Getting the job done is very critical in our business. We will look at your projects, assignments, internship and experience
to assess how far did you go to get the job done.
• You should be someone who continuously analyses. If you are someone who looks at his/her task in hindsight and assess
all high and low points, we are looking for you.
• We will give you ownership and we expect that you will embrace it. We will be looking into your past to assess what kind
of ownership have you taken and how far did you go to fulfill the responsibility.
• Diligence and Accountability is non-negotiable at CareerCarve. You should be someone who lives their life out of an
organizer, striking things off when completed and adding new tasks to your organizer every day.

We expect you to understand the important qualities required to fulfil above roles. We have listed down a few of them for your
better understanding and preparation
• Sound understanding of AI/ML (for all roles)
• Hands on with Python is a must (for Role 3)
• Excellent English comprehension is a must (we prefer people who finish a novel a month/week) (for all roles)
• Basic understanding of Text Mining, NLP, NLG would be an added advantage(for role 3)
• Love for technology and a flair for tech products with superior user experience is desired (for all roles)

We will have a rigorous evaluation process to select the right candidate. It will be mix of written test, presentation, reading
comprehension, business understanding, interview, etc.

Compensation:
Summer Intern: Rs 10,000 per month
Live Project Intern: No Comp during Live Internship
NOTE: Being a new-age company, we believe in bringing your own device. We do not provide laptops or mobile devices as a policy.
You are expected to use your own laptop with decent computing speed for all work-related matters. We provide subscriptions to
productivity tools like Microsoft Suit, 1TB cloud space, etc which will enable a hassle-free working environment.

Pre-Placement Interview Opportunity:

We will be offering PPI to selected candidates based on their performance during Live and Summer Project
