    Address
    Contact numbers
    Email addresses
    Principal goal of the foundation
    2 proposed names of the business to be registered

    For the 5 year plan, I will need: Estimated cost is R9 250


    Location of scheme
    How will revenue be generated
    Central idea/theme of business
    Growth strategy (expansion)/sustainability/donors etc.
    It would be ideal to purchase an agricultural holding and train people to grow sustainable crops and products
    for the benefit of local communities/youth/aged etc. Crops can be used for feeding and resale etc.
    Staffing estimates
