Impact of social media

People have different opinions towards social media. Some have a positive idea and some

have a negative view towards it. Currently, almost everybody worldwide is using social media

but in different ways. For example, some people prefer to create YouTube channels to explore

their ideas to the world. In contrast, others expose celebrities’ private life to get many subscribers

and, therefore, become millionaires. Some use social media as influencers of big company’s

product and sometimes their own company’s products. Most people use social media to spread

proposed events, ideas, movements or expose their potential to the world. Some people take the

internet as a breeding ground for crimes such as terrorism, where the recruitment and training of

new terrorists take place. Therefore, they never develop a positive attitude towards social media.

Generally, people are categorically grouped into two, those who believe social media is terrible

due to their reasons and those who think it is good due to the achievements they have made

through it. This paper is valid as it will consider the social media journey of Kylie Jenner, the

most powerful influencer to oppose negative believers of social media and firmly stand with the

opinion that social media is good.

Kylie Jenner is a successful social media influencer who has moved the advertising game

to a higher level. Kylie Jenner became famous for the first time she appeared on Keeping Up

with Kardashian’s (KUWTK) when she was at the minor age of nine years, and she proceeded

her fame in the reality television show since then. At her younger age, being surrounded by

celebrities and famous people when she was a member of the world-famous Kardashian, she

managed to be among the top social media influencers, one of the members of famous world-

famous Kardashian. Through television, in the period of the reality show, she marketed his

potential, and she ended up becoming the most admirable influencer for many brands worldwide.

In 2015, Kylie decided to explore her potential and started the beauty industry. She then

launched her cosmetics line in the famous Kylie lip Kit. Probably this was an excellent move.

In 2019, after she launched her cosmetics, she decided to start another beauty venture

named Kylie skin. She chose Instagram as her best social media to announce her plan of

establishing Kylie skin. Through Instagram, Kylie made a positive impact, and she qualified to

be the competitor of the biggest brands. Kylie became a queen of the social medium as she was

recognized for the consistent use of social media platforms, especially Snapchat utilizing it to

promote and advertise his products. She also used snap chat and demonstrated the impact she

made, showed her power as a social media influencer, and proved why the brands should create

attention to him.

Proceeding to be the social media, she gained more the 215 million followers and achieved

a top-four position among the people with more than four million followers on Instagram.

Having most followers, she is one of the highly paid influencers as the brand can sacrifice to pay

not less than six-figure to work with her. Forbes crowned Kylie at 21 years for making herself

the world’s youngest billionaire. She also used social media to keep his followers updated about

her pregnancy and after birth, where she got 18.9 million likes.

Considering Kylie, the influencer, as an example of a regular social media user, it’s a

clear indication that social media has a good. Through social media, she has been able to

progress in terms of business and to be a successful influencer. Social media is a breeding

ground for a strong foundation. In the case of Kylie, social media played a vital role in building a

good life foundation for her. This started when Kylie joined the television film world-famous

Kardashian. Through television, she became famous abruptly. She became famous at a younger

age. That was the starting point of her progress. Social media help people tell their stories.

Presenting business to the social media forums such as Instagram, Snap-chat, and

Facebook is the easiest way to interact with many people. Also, create a chance to narrate your

story to the followers to learn from your achievement. For example, Kylie used the Instagram

forum to convey her newborn baby and got 18.9 likes.

Through social media, a businessperson or a woman can initiate the growth of an audience

with a small budget. Social media forums are the least expensive tools for marketing the product.

In this case, people are not required to use adverts and ads. Most people make their business

successful by creating a forum like Instagram and YouTube to advertise their product. For

example, Kylie has an Instagram page where she markets cosmetics at least cost but gains many

followers. Generally, social media forums enable entrepreneurs with small budgets to advertise

their businesses or products for rapid growth. Social media help people stay top of mind with

audiences that matter most. People use social media to create the image of their brand such that it

becomes the priority to go for when the customers need a particular product or service. To target

the audience with the potential of buying, it would be a great idea to connect with them through

social media forums. It helps the entrepreneur become the first choice and the first preference.

The bond created by social media forum transforms the potential buyers to Layal and regular

buyers. The connection creates an impression in their mind that your product is at the top. For

example, Kylie used an Instagram forum to connect her business to her over 2million followers.

hand. Social media help to promote personal potential. Being a regular user of social media

allows the audience to recognize you at large. Big companies will sport your potential if it lies on

advertising and works with them to advertise their product. For the case of Kylie Jenney used

Instagram to expose her potential as an influencer, the most company wish to work with her at a

higher payment.

In conclusion, social media is a good platform because people use it to develop their

potential and grow their business. Kylie is an excellent example of a person who has succeeded

out of social media. She uses social media to reach her customers. Since social media is

accessible by almost everyone, it helps people market their potential and interact with the

audience in a large group within a bit of time. People with negative opinions about society

should change and support my opinion that social media's goodness weighs higher than badness.
