“A RESOLUTION OF SELLING VALENTINES PRODUCTS AS A WAY OF

RAISING FUNDS FOR THE SSG PROJECT”

WHEREAS, pursuant of the Section 2 from the Article IV, “A compulsory membership fee
of 100.00 pesos shall be collected upon enrollment every semester with a corresponding
official receipt and is non-refundable.

WHEREAS, the said compulsory membership fee is still on hold and cannot guarantee in
funding the SSG programs and projects. The Supreme Student Government Officers initiate
an alternative source of fund that would be effective and collected during Valentine’s
Celebration.

WHEREAS, Carcar City College-Supreme Student Government will be selling Valentine

products and be posted in the official page. The fund raising is seen to be an opportunity to
fund the upcoming programs and projects of the SSG.

WHEREAS, Section 3 (i) from the Article III, “Declaration of Principles and
Objectives” of the 2021 BoT-Approved SSG Constitution that The Supreme Student
Government shall strive to coordinate with Supreme Student Government Adviser and
Student Affairs and Services Office Director the Carcar City College.
WHEREAS, the SSG officers maximize the possible ways and sources to support
School’s big events and other projects.
WHEREAS, the collectable entrance fees will be kept and well-documented by the SSG
Treasurer. Its usage will also be transparent as there will be a financial report on its
usages.

WHEREAS, attached with this resolution is the sample products with its price to be sell
during the fund raising.
RESOLVED, to allow the Supreme Student Government to sell Valentine products as a
source of fund.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that upon approval of this resolution the Supreme Student
Government Council be allowed to sell Valentine products during the Valentine’s
Celebration this February.
