IV. PROCEDURES These steps should be done across the week. Spread out the activities appropriately so that students will learn well. Always be guided by demonstration of learning by the students which you can infer from
formative assessment activities. Sustain learning systematically by providing students with multiple ways to learn new things, practice their learning, question their learning processes, and draw conclusions about
what they learned in relation to their life experiences and previous knowledge. Indicate the time allotment for each step.
A. Reviewing previous lesson Self-care activities are the things you do to maintain good health
or presenting the new lesson and
improve well-being. You’ll find that many of these activities are
things you already
do as part of your normal routine.
In this assessment you will think about how frequently, or how well,
you are
performing different self-care activities. The goal of this assessment
is to help you
learn about your self-care needs by spotting patterns and
recognizing areas of your
life that need more attention.
There are no right or wrong answers on this assessment. This list is
not
comprehensive, but serves as a starting point for thinking about your
self-care
needs.
1 I do this poorly/I do this rarely or not at all
2 I do this OK/I do this sometimes
3 I do this well/I do this often
I would like to improve this/I would like to do this more frequently
