Research Questionnaire

Good day!
We are one of the groups from Grade 12-Honesty of A.O. Floirendo National High
School. We are currently conducting a research study entitled, “Social Media
Engagement and Academic Performance of Grade 10 Students at A.O. Floirendo
National High School”, as part of our Practical Research 2 subject. The said study
aims to investigate students’ relationship between social media engagement and
academic performance.
In this regard, we are humbly asking for your time and cooperation in accomplishing
this research questionnaire with all honesty. Your cooperation will be highly valued
and appreciated as we believe that it will lead us towards the realization of our study.
Rest assured that all information provided will be treated with utmost confidentiality
and will not be shared with anyone other than the researchers. The data that will be
gathered will be used only for the sole purpose of this study.
