following settings to ensure that the 3D printed parts fit together.

All parts were printed on an Up Plus Box printer:

- Material: ABS plastic

How Do I Assemble The Exoskeleton Feet?
Follow the step by step pictures once you have printed out all of your parts.

Attach Foot_Joint_0 to Foot_Joint_1 using 1.75mm ABS plastic & crimp the ends

Make sure Foot Joint 0 is facing the same way as the picture below
Crimp the ends using pliers you can even bend it to a 90 degree angle

The crimp should stop the plastic falling out

Then continue doing this for the rest of the foot joints

Notice the first two foot joints are printed flat and the third one upright
Notice foot joint 8 is thicker because I wanted to make it more durable
I’ve found that it fits some shoes better if you don’t include Joint 11
Orientate Joint 13 as below when attaching
Now you can glue Bar_1_Connecting_to_Joint_5.stl to Foot Joint 5
Then attach Foot Joint 0 to Bar_1_Connecting_to_Joint_5.stl
Now do the same for Bar_2_Connecting_to_Joint_10.stl and Foot Joint 10
Now you can push Cover_1_Connecting_to_Joint_5.stl onto Bar 1 (Joint 5)

I had to remove two clips because they were breaking the part
If you want to reinforce the Foot Joint 9 put some screws into the base

Just make sure they aren’t too long or wide

Pre-drilling holes makes it a bit easier
Make sure the screws are flush so that it doesn’t scratch the floor
Slide Foot_Pin.stl through foot joint 9

If it doesn’t move smoothly then use sandpaper to reduce the width

Then screw the foot pin lid onto the foot pin
My shoe size is US 10 / UK 9 / EUR 44 – Add more Joint 6’s if you need bigger
Now to do the straps to hold your foot in. I found some black plastic but you
could use any strong piece of material you can find

Cut it to the size of the buckle

Staple one side of the buckle
Attach the other end to Bar 2 that goes into Joint 10
Make sure you get the right length. If you get it wrong take out the staples
and try again

Now do the same thing for Bar 1 with the other buckle
Now you’re done
