    Visa Documents – Checklist

    Primary Documents – OFC

    1. Passport Original
    2. Axis Bank Receipt
    3. DS-160 Confirmation
    4. Interview Confirmation Letter
    5. SEVIS Fee Receipt
    6. Original I-20

    Academics:

    1. B.Tech Degree Certificate / PC / Course Completion Certificate


    2. Consolidate Marks Memo
    3. Individual Semester wise Marks Memo
    4. 12th Certificate
    5. 10th Certificate
    6. TOEFL / IELTS Score card
    7. GRE Score Card
    8. Other I-20's
    9. Projects / Merit Certificate / Sports Certificate / Seminars
    10. Work Experience Certificate – IT Returns

    Finance:

    1. Savings – Liquid Assets

    • Bank Balance (6 Months to 1 year transactions history + Passbook)


    • Fixed Deposits – Deposit confirmation slip
    • Provident Fund – GPF Account Statement
    • Education Loan – Loan sanction letter
    • Mutual Funds, Shares, LIC, Chits, Gold Loans – Secondary resources

    2. Income Proof

    • Employee – Form 16 + Salary Slips


    • Business - IT Returns for 2years
    • Rental Income – Rental Agreement
    • Agriculture – MRO/VRO Certificate

    3. Fixed Assets

    • Lands, Flats, Plots, House etc.. should be evaluate by Chattered Engineer or any Government
    Evaluator.

    NOTE: All these documents should be evaluated by CA (Chattered Accountant). We need to CA report
    along with all above mentioned supporting Documents.
