What is CBMS?

“an organized technology-based system of collecting,


processing and validating necessary disaggregated data
that may be used for planning, program implementation
and impact monitoring at the local level”

 Reiterating the call for LGUs’ compliance


in the implementation of RA 11315

 Providing guidelines/procedure to all


LGUs intending to implement CBMS as
stipulated in the PSA-DILG JMC 2022-001
dated 11 May 2022
REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION TO
THE CBMS ROLL-OUT
CONFIRMATION OF PARTICIPATION
LGUs that will be implementing the CBMS shall:

 Assess the capability to implement the CBMS


 Submit a Letter of Confirmation addressed to the National Statistician and
Civil Registrar General

Required Attachments to the Letter of Confirmation:

 SB/P Resolution authorizing the LCE to enter into a MOA with PSA and DILG
regarding the CBMS implementation in the LGU
 Appropriation Ordinance and/or Budget Obligation as proof of allocating the needed
funds for the CBMS operations (optional for funded LGUs)
 Inventory of existing ICT equipment of the LGU that may be used for the CBMS
operations (e.g., tablets, desktop computers, laptops, etc.)
 List of supplies to be procured with detailed procurement timeline
