Operating the sewing machine is very important for every single garment student.

So, I want to talk about instructions for operating the sewing machine. To use a
sewing machine, we need to follow the steps below. In the first place, put the cord
into the socket and press the main power switch. Remember not to use the same
switch with another device to assure the stability of the sewing machine. After that,
insert the foot controller plug into its jack on the rear side of the machine. Next,
you need to select the type of stitch, you can easily choose the type of stitch: a
straight or a zigzag stitch by using the stitch selection dial. In the next step, you
will select the desired sewing speed by using a foot controller. Next, lower the
presser foot by using the level on the back of the sewing machine. At the final
stage, you will press the foot controller to start sewing. When sewing, I often
make a mistake with the fabric thread because your sewing machine may not have
installed the presser foot or installed but the presser foot has not been lowered. The
remedy is to lower the presser foot after the fabric has been placed in the sewing
position. You need to double-check the presser foot before sewing and always
choose the correct type of presser foot for the sewing machine.
