Responsibilities:
 Reporting to Quality control manager on all quality issues.
 Monitoring all activities and materials of construction in
accordance with the approved drawings and specifications.
 Preparation of request for inspections with all necessary
attachments.
 Testing of fresh & hardened concrete, Slump & Temperature
monitoring.
 Preparing concrete pour logs, cube compression logs, daily
concrete logs.
 Preparing test schedules, frequency of test and sampling related
to approved Quality control program.
 Arranging and witnessing third party inspections (Soil, concrete &
steel tests)
 Responsible for site laboratory works and third-party laboratory
works.
 Quality control of concrete from batching plant to pouring point.
 Site supervision Check the works for compliance approved ITP
and method of statements.
  Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all
attached documents are current status.
 Carrying out inspection of various construction activities &
getting it approved from consultant.
 Site inspection, progress monitoring for structural works and
architectural works.
 Ensure the safety is adhered to at site.
 Maintain daily and weekly report of day to day progress.

