The age of most tourists visiting Uzbekistan is 31-55 years old

In 2022, 5.2 million tourists from foreign countries visited Uzbekistan. This is almost 3 times more than in 2021
(1.8 million).

In particular, a total of 4,364.8 thousand tourists arrived from neighboring countries last year, which is 283% more
than in 2021. Also, 606.4 thousand tourists arrived in our countr y from the rest of the Commonwealth of
Independent States (291% more than in 2021), from non-CIS countries - 261.6 thousand (198% more than in
2021) .

Including 75.5 thousand from Turkey (171% more than in 2021), 19.9 thousand from South Korea (347% more
than in 2021), 17.7 thousand from Germany ( 257% more than in 2021), 13.1 thousand from the USA (242% more
than in 2021), 11 thousand from France (372% more than in 2021), and 10 5 thousand tourists from the UK (264%
more than in 2021) visited our country.

It is worth noting that 49.6% of tourists who visited our countr y in 2022, that is, 2,593,400 people, were aged 31 to
55 years. Also, 723.3 thousand foreign tourists - under the age of 18, 846.5 thousand - aged 19 to 30 years and
1,069.6 thousand - over 50 years old.

For information, 7 million foreign tourists are expected to visit Uzbekistan in 2023.
