The maps illustrate how Colwick Arts Center has changed since 2005. There are three main alternations includING the changes in wasteland, which is
the construction of A the stage AS WELL
AS the relocation and addition OF some of facilities.

In 2005, from the south to the north, AN AREA OF wasteland occupied THE NORTHERN AREA OF THE CENTER. one third the areas. On the the
north side of the center, there WAS a concert hall, which WAS AT the same place AS of the A cinema, and an information desk in the middle of the
map, which WAS is the opposite of the wasteland. In the west, there was a meeting room, accompanied by a snack bar and a toilet. Two gallaries were
located on the right of the map.
 Nowadays, there are new additions involving a drama studio, a cafe, and a stage as well as a central exhibition area. The wasteland becomes a greenland
called outdoor exhibition and performance area, where the stage, is built and surrounded by trees, HAS BEEN BUILT ON THE WASTELAND ��.
The galleries buildings HAVE BEEN merged into AND RELOCATED TO THE WEST. the concert hall, which HAS BEEN seperateD from the
cinema, MOVED TO THE PLACE WHERE THE GALLERIES WERE LOCATED IN 2005. and the toilet has been reduced in SIZE and located IN
FRONT OF it. The SNACK BAR HAS BEEN demolished to make room for TWO NEW MEETING ROOMS.N , the gallery and the cafe. The meeting
room seperated into two parts and relocated to the top left-hand corner. THE INFORMATION DESK REMAINS UNCHANGED

The given mapS illustrates some changes WHICH HAVE BEEN made to Colwick Arts Centre since 2005. It is noticeable that there are three main
modifications have been made to Colwick Arts Centre. THESE It includes THE construction of a new stage, the relocation of a toilet as well as some
new buildings have been erected such as a drama studio, central exhibition area, etc. A NEW STAGE HAS BEEN CONTRUCTED ON THE
WASTELAND WHILE SOME FACILITIES HAVE BEEN RELOCATED AND ADDED.

Before the development, there was aN AREA OF wasteland which located in the north of the Art Centre. A The meeting room ,which was accompanied
by A snack bar to the north and a toilet to the south, WAS located on the west side of the Arts Centre. In the middle, the map shows a big Concert Hall
situated BEHIND above aN information desk. To the east of the map, the Centre housed 2 large galleries.

Since THE DEVELOPMENT started developing, a new stage, which IS surrounded by pine trees, has been constructed on the old wasteland zone. In
the west of the map, the toilet has been reduced in size and relocated to the east and at the same time a
new cafe has been buildt, using its space. Besides that, the snack bar has been demolished to make room for 2 small meeting rooms which was divided
from the old meeting room before. In addition, THE TWO GALLERIES a new gallery, which has HAVE been merged into ONE AND MOVED TO
THE WEST SIDE. 1 from the 2 galleries before development and enlarged in size, has been situated on the west side where THERE used to be the old
meeting room. At the centre, a small drama studio has been built along side to the cinema which has been separated from the concert hall/cinema
before.THE CONCERT HALL HAS BEEN SEPARATED FROM THE CINEMA AND IS NOW LOCATED NEXT TO THE TOILET WHILE THE
CINEMA IS AT THE PREVIOUS PLACE. In the middle, a new central exhibition, A CAFE, AND A DRAMA STUDIO HAVE BEEN ADDED TO
THE CENTER. area has been build used space from the old concert hall. However, the information desk remaineS UNCHANGED . On the right side, a
concert, which separated from the old concer hall, has been erected and enlarged in size.

cinema have been separated. The cinema remains at the previous place but has been reduced in size while the concert hall has been expanded and
relocated to the top righ-hand corner of the center.
