Week 2- REFLECTION

It was an extremely demanding yet enjoyable week. With all the paperwork and activities being
completed jointly with the group, the full week was also fruitful. Giving the patients their medications
and making a mistake while injecting a patient were both highlights for me. I saw it as a teaching
moment, and I think it helps us grow as people. Everyone was glad and smiling after the program,
especially those who were in the ward. I became more aware of the openness and harshness of this
profession this week. A very stressful week indeed, yet we make our occupations less stressful, more
positive, and more enjoyable by smiling. This job has never been and never will be simple. If we just grin
and go with the flow, we can make this a profession worth liking and cherishing. Cross my fingers, trust
the process, and take pleasure in the journey.
