Pre Lab Simple Harmonic Motion
Pre Lab Simple Harmonic Motion
Pre-lab questions
1.Repetitive movement back and forth through an equilibrium or central position so that the
maximum displacement on one side of this position is equal to the maximum displacement on the
other side.
4.The restoring force must be proportional to the displacement and must act against the direction of
motion, without any resistive forces or friction.
6.
𝑇2
7. 𝐿 (s/m)
8. Find three gradient and centroid based on the graph. The gradient consist of gradient taken from
the value (m), maximum gradient (m1), and minimum gradient (m2). Find error of the gradient by
substracting the highest value of m and the lowest value of m and divided by 2 . We will set average
of gradient for the graph.
