No Exclusion

No exclusion probably wouldn’t even be one of the ten keys if it didn’t cause you to exclude
yourself. In order to exclude anyone or anything else, you have to exclude you. That is the killer!

When we try to exclude anyone or anything we are always making ourselves less than the
infinite being we truly are and simultaneously cutting off parts of ourselves which makes us think
we are someone who we are not.

When you try to exclude someone from your life, living and reality, you actually contract yourself
and eliminate your receiving. When you put up walls to other people, you have also now put up
a wall to yourself. The wall actually keeps you locked up inside.

So what if you could instead lower your barriers and allow yourself to receive everything with no
point of view?

Recognize that it’s a gift to you to stop excluding. As long as you’re going into exclusion,
you are going into what people can or can’t contribute. This eliminates being in the question,
having choice and opening up infinite possibilities.

Contribution is gifting and receiving at the same time. When you add contribution to question,
choice and possibility, your world can expand and open up to a whole new world of infinite
possibilities.

Homeplay:

1) As you go through the day, when you notice your barriers go up, just ask them to lower. It is
truly that simple. “What would it take to lower my barriers to everyone and everything that
separates us?”

2) When you barriers and walls are lowered, and while you’re thinking of a person or situation
that is causing you stuckness or yuck - you can say to yourself - “Interesting point of view I have
this point of view.” and/or “Interesting point of view I have this point of view about their point of
view.”

3) Ask

● What contribution is this person to my life, living and reality?

● What contribution is excluding this person to my life living and reality?
● What contribution is ________ to my life, living and reality?
● What contribution is no _____ to my life, living and reality?

And again, just be aware of the energies that come up. You can then choose to say to those
energies, “Everything that is, I destroy and uncreate it. Right and wrong, good and bad, POD
and POC, all 9, shorts, boys, POVADS and beyonds.”

4) Run these clearings:

Everything you’ve done to try to create an exclusion of you from anyone or anything, will you
destroy and uncreate it please? Right and wrong, good and bad, POD and POC, all 9, shorts,
boys, POVADS and beyonds.

Everything you've done to try to believe that you need to protect yourself by putting up walls and
barriers, will you destroy and uncreate it please? Right and wrong, good and bad, POD and
POC, all 9, shorts, boys, POVADS and beyonds.

Everything you’ve done to believe that you can only have you if you exclude yourself from
others and their expectations and their judgments and their anger, will you destroy and uncreate
it please? Right and wrong, good and bad, POD and POC, all 9, shorts, boys, POVADS and
beyonds.
