DIAGNOSIS ON DISCHARGE:
- day 3
- Wounds are healing, mild pain experienced by the patient.
MANAGEMENT:
- Admitted to male surgical ward
- Head & right lower limb elevation
- Tetanus Toxoid vaccine
- CT 100mg
DISCHARGE DRUGS:
- Paracetamol 100 mg tds 3/7
- Flucloxacilin p.O 500mg bd 3/7
- Neomycin-Bacitracin-Polymyxin 10 mg
- Dermal wound cleanser
CONDITION ON DISCHARGE:
- Pain well controlled, managed and patient is recovering well.
- Wound cleaning, application of neomycin-bacitracin-polymyxin powder, dressed.
DISCHARGE INSTRUCTIONS:
- Wash wounds with dermal cleanser and apply Neomycin-Bacitracin-Polymyxin powder daily.
