CLAIMS
Claims in the goods, whether in terms of quality or quantity, the buyer must notify the seller within 24 hours of discovering the claim.

If the seller agreed on the appointed inspection company, the inspection must take place within 48 hours of clearance the goods from the customs of the port of arrival

United Nation Convention on contracts for international sale of goods (Vienna ,1980) shall apply to any disputes arises to this shipment.
