The S3088 ultra chrome plus unites an optimum system configuration
developed to maximize cost/benefit aspects with the compelling
strengths of the high performance XMplus camera module. The camera
technology enables extremely fast inspections for both high-resolution
views and color 3D analyses. With a field of view of 50 by 50 mm and an
inspection speed of up to 65 cm2/s, it is ready to take on the highest
throughput demands. Nine cameras and an integrated structured light
projector ensure a virtually shadow-free 3D inspection.

The system can be operated with the operating software vVision as well
as with EasyPro. This guarantees intuitive operation and simple inspec-
tion program generation. When networked with intelligent software add-
ons like Integrated Verification or Quality Uplink, the S3088 ultra chrome
plus reaches its full potential.

Yet another highlight is the FastFlow: By feeding assemblies in and out at

the same time, this optional high-speed transport secures trouble-free and
extremely fast throughput with assembly exchange in as little as 2.5 sec-
onds.Together with the high-speed 3D camera technology, even extreme cy-

the verification station, off-line programming and statistical process control
