Mark holes according to the picture & pre-drill protective
using a smaller drill bit.

Blow away all swarf from the frame and
touch-up holes.

If possible, the filter should be fitted in Use Swarf.

2 Connect the cable harness FHS water frame


on the heat shield. Route the cable in the cable
duct over the T member where the filter is
fitted. Continue forwards in the right-hand frame
member to the cable grommet by the
shock absorber RH-front.
Route the cable through the grommet & put it
in the plastic rail RH front.
1 Continue along the cable harness up to
RH front & clamp it with:
Cable tie: 380X7.6.

Ensure that the fuel pipes are further away


from the filter due the heat radiation from
the heat shield.
