Opening
The first meeting of the Fourth Year Engineering Student Association (FYESA) was called to
order by Maryson Anne L. Tabuzo, FYESA President, after the Brigada Eskwela at 11:20 AM on
August 6, 2022 held at the center wing of the College of Engineering.

Introduction of FYESA officers

Maryson Anne L. Tabuzo, FYESA president, started the meeting by introducing herself followed
by the others for everyone to familiarize their fellow FYESA members.

Preparation of Files for Recognition of Organization

The FYESA President supervise the needed files for the recognition of the organization. The
deadline for the submission of the requirements for recognition is on August 31, 2022.

Assigning officers to their designated batch of freshmen for the Freshmen Campus Tour
2022
The Campus Tour for the freshmen this academic year 2022-2023 is to be held on August 8,
2022. The officers who volunteered to tour and guide the freshmen were Ma. Melissa Joy Talion
and Luvilyn Sarmiento.

Events
Maryson Anne L. Tabuzo, FYESA president, discussed the upcoming event this August. The
Organization Fair will be a two-day event and its tentative date is on August 18-19, 2022. Its
purpose is to showcase the talent and intelligence of the engineering students and encourage
youth to join different organizations of their respective colleges.

Fundraising Activity
For the

FYESA Advisership
Engr. Mark Lester D. Rojas, will be the new FYESA Adviser for the academic year 2021-2022.
Engr. Bañas was informed about this and she already gave her approval.
