High paying jobs are more important than job satisfaction for three main reasons: 1) They provide more disposable income for daily pleasures like coffee, meals out, and shopping which increases daily satisfaction. 2) Financial stability is crucial for survival and a good life in expensive cities, allowing people to afford rent and support parents. 3) Graduates, especially in fields like education, are less likely to take lower paying jobs like teaching due to insufficient wages to afford a high cost of living.

Big salary is much more important than job satisfaction?
Do you agree or disagree?
It is often argued that there are more significant advantages of having better-paying jobs than job satisfaction. Personally, I strongly agree with this statement that good wages is much more important than passion fobs. Let's start by looking at the benefit of high-pay job. High earners feel satisfied on a daily basic comparing with individuals who work for their passions. It means that people with well-paid jobs have more money for their own leisure such as drinking and shopping habits. For example, the number of office workers orders a cup of coffee, tea or a cup of milk tea every day increase considerably. In addition, they also often have lunch out and hang out with friends with high frequency especially at the weekends. If individuals work in low-paid jobs, they are less likely to afford these luxury consumptions. Secondly, money is crucial for individuals’ survival and good living in big cities. In fact, young people now tend to rent a luxury room for them. They also provide their older parents financial supports monthly. In other words, they can struggle to pay monthly rents once they pursue a yield that gives satisfaction in their jobs without high incomes. It can be seen clearly that many students who graduate in the field of education don’t choose to become a teacher just because the poorly paid jobs and the expensive cost of living. To conclude, I strongly believe that high wages is more advantageous than happiness at work
because it brings people pleasure and good survival.
