Symptom

Want to integrate GRC to provision to SAP ME Site and User group assignments or Process Orchestration
(PO).

or

Does GRC connect to:

• VISTEX
• SNC
• CAR
• F&R
• VIM

or

SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, SAP Fieldglass, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Successfactors, Azure, Hybris, SAP
IDM

Environment

GRC Access Control 10.x & v12

Reproducing the Issue

1. Create a user
2. Assign roles
3. Import the users and roles
4. Assign site and user group to the user

Resolution

If any listed product in symptom above is a SAP System running on ABAP Netweaver Stack, the Connectivity
is via SM59 R/3 Connection & Provisioning is standard from GRC.

If any listed product in symptom above is a SAP System running on Java Netweaver Stack / Portal (refer KBA
2314442) , the Connectivity is via Portal Integration & Provisioning is standard from GRC.

If any listed product in symptom above is a Web Service, please look into IDM Web Services configuration for
Provisioning.

There is no specific step-by-step documentation on GRC integration with SAP Manufacturing Execution
System(ME) or or PO Process Orchestration but if the above platform is where the product is installed, then

follow same intregration scenario that you would for a NW, portal, or IDM connector to GRC.

GRC partner Greenlight has created Adapters for versions of ORA, JDE and PeopleSoft as well as Concur.
